2. Matterpack
Item that is available through Matterport. Logan helps with Frisco 3D with Matterport, which is the walkthrough. We also requested the floor plans there. There is also other information available - Matterpack- Tech file that has certain stuff. There is a cost associated with it and you have to do the matterport first.
It is not automatic, but it is always available. $100 to download and send it over. It has a measuring tool, it can also be imported to other software and programs and they can draw and make virtual edits to the property.

3. Don't do the same thing wrong twice.
Learn from your mistakes in real estate transactions, and in life as well. 
If you have a transaction and it falls, go back and analyze what went wrong, don't be afraid to ask, and reach out to the client.

  • Did you loose out on a deal.

    • How to learn from past issues

    • Diagnose problems and solve them - opportunity to improve 
      Mike and Shana can share what they have done wrong before based on their experience. 
      If you don't get feedback from the client/customer, go back and try to see what things you could have done better.

4. Who did you loose out to?

  • How to change it next time. - Ask, make questions, who are they interviewing - praise them.
    Found out to whom you lost and make some research about that person, what are they doing that you are not.
    Find out, dig deep and learn.

  • Second is first loser

Work on your greatest strength and turn it into your greatest asset.
Learn from things 
Sometimes people will look for the cheapest option, where agents will lower their commission. In that case, give facts and communicate the value you add to the process.
