Gen Z 1997-2012 - They grew through 2007 crisis , they want to leverage costs, got their new phone at 10 years old , their primary source of information will be online. They spend a lot of time on social media.
How can Realtors help/appeal to millennial/GenZ buyers?

Millenials will self educate and will have information - interest rates, locations, financing.
Make the house appealing for different generations - there are small things that we can do that don't cost much to make it appealing for more generations

2. Smart thermostat, camera, others.
Plano, Richardson, houses are getting a little older. Think of different ways to set the stage for a second living area. (lounge / hangout spot )
