    Defining Generations
    Define different generations that we are working with on real estate market.
    Boomer generation - 1946 - 1964 they're adapting to new technologies
    Gen X 1965-1980 - 8 hours per week on facebook , they do research and prefer face to face 
    Millenials 1980-1996- price conscious , they have very little patience 
    Student loans 
    Millenials buy houses oppose from other generations, they want to feel engaged with their community, want a backyard
    Gen Z  1997-2012 - They grew through 2007 crisis , they want to leverage costs, got their new phone at 10 years old , their primary source of information will be online. They spend a lot of time on social media. 


    How can Realtors help/appeal to millennial/GenZ buyers?
    How to market to them? Social media 
    Facebook page , make new content, advise when properties are live, great pictures for listings, drone footage.

    Things are less face to face and more texts, emails, and others.
    Text for address
    emails for numbers or details - photos, loans, details 
    Millennials will wait until they find the perfect home - they are willing to wait longer.
    A huge driver for millennials are pets 
    Millenials will self educate and will have information - interest rates, locations, financing.

    Make the house appealing for different generations - there are small things that we can do that don't cost much to make it appealing for more generations
    1. Swap normal plugs to USB outlets 
    2. Smart thermostat, camera, others.

    Plano, Richardson, houses are getting a little older. Think of different ways to set the stage for a second living area. (lounge / hangout spot )
    Pet friendly is also important - relevant keyword
