1. Surveys
The only difference is that it is moving from page 2-3
#2 Effective date - make sure there is enough time between the end of the option period and the end of the survey
if not, the buyer will have to absorb the cost
Add 20 days or so, it is always negotiable
#3 new survey - if we have a seller that has to absorb the cost of a new survey, make sure you have plenty of time.
#1 in the last week Stacey had separate transactions where this paragraph has been misconstrued.
T47 must be notarized as well as the survey
If the survey is not acceptable, they have to give another in 3 days.
If they don;t have T47 and a survey, they will be responsible for the cost of the new survey.
2. Notice Section

All must be on writing and delivered by fax or electronic transmissions.
Make sure Stacey's email is correct there.
They can fill their clients information
They are giving more space now for emails and contact information
