Houzz is a site that home builders will use to put up some of their projects to search and find different ideas and create your own board. You can also upload your own ideas to your board. That is a good way to understand and share your style and design to your builder.
It is helpful to share with other people, it is a good way to make notes, highlight areas, comment, and more.
This could also be used with clients, you will become more knowledgeable of how it works and you can help your clients.
Simple way to collect and engage.

2. Email attachments on offers

  • How does other agent want them...

    • Just ask. 

    • How do you want them - all the documents together, or different attachments named with what they are.
      Naming the documents is very helpful.
      When someone sends a ZIP file can be annoying, it adds an extra step for people to download it.

    • Make it easy to say yes.  - it matters, when you have to sort and look for things is difficult for people.
      .docx file - it is a word document. Some people don't have Word, so a better way to do it could be PDF. It is best if we have all in PDF format.
      Doc files can be altered, PDF don't so PDF is the best way to send documentation.
      You can also create an external shareable link in Zoho and add all the documents there, then people won't have to download items individually.

3. How to generate business during Covid 19
Non-traditional ways to make business during this pandemic. We should start thinking on the non-traditional way of marketing and advertising. 
What is our sphere of influence? Think about when you go to the dentist and you talk to the lady at the front desk. Every conversation that you can have can engage people. Don't take for granted the places or people you speak with. You are letting people what you do, you're not really speaking about work. 
Onboarding - Day 0 can be found on Wiki, it speaks about your sphere of influence. Go back to basics and generate business.
