This afternoon, you can go to a property and sled down the hill.
It was cold yesterday - zoom to the thickness of the ice
There is deep snow and it is very fun

Shana has a lot of ideas, as you know they are working with an architect in McKinney to design their future home.
They want to start with the kitchen, it is the heart of the home.
Make everything timeless and not trendy.
Floating shelves - not all of them but would love a few
Pantry with drawers and spaces for appliances
We would like to have your input and your thoughts on certain designs.
3. Texas pools & winter weather
Everything is frozen out - Mike tried to break the ice of a pool - it was difficult , the ice was too hard.
Be careful with your pets, they can slip and fall inside of pools because it is very slippery
How does it affect real estate ? you need to leave your water running, freeze protect
Plumbing is underground - if you don't have power you can have a hug problem.
If you know of a vacant home or a listing, make sure they are checking their property
Reach out to clients and see if they need any help and you can make some suggestions for the cold weather.
3. Why is your power out???
Mike is upset with the amount of devastation and the economic cost
Being able to accomodate things is not able when people are needing oxygen, and other things
Lights were out in shopping centers, nursing homes and others.
There is a lot going on in the world : pandemic + cold weather and out of power
