  Cities doing the best in growing, bringins in new people, expading. 
  Article from Inman says that this cities are expanding:
  They are not in a particular order: 
  -Huntsville, Alabama
  -Ogden, Utah 
  -Nashville, Tennessee 
  -Phoenix, Arizona
  -Raleigh, North Carolina
  -Palm Bay, Florida
  There are a few states in Utah, they are growing a lot.
  There is a lot going on in the real estate market, people moving from cities to rural locations, people want more space and distance.
  It is happening in a local and national level.
  People in those markets are doing better with their income, for example Austin, they are having great income.
  Adding new flights to the airport - a lot of demand 
  A global re shuffle is happening - people moving from one place to another
  
  

2. Be True to who you are and "win"
Recognition to Lisa - she is fairly new to real estate. This week she had some challenges with weather, delays and others and it is a great way to show your true skills. Weather caused delays and buyer was ready to close. There is an online way to close - remote. She printed out the documents and took them over to her client, let her signed them and left them so the notary could go there. The notary couldnt make it to the house so Lisa took the documents to the seller.
