   Monthly year over stats:
   We see that the market is stabilizing 
   Active listings : Up 55.3% we have a lot of inventory
   Closed sales - we saw a decrease . Buyers are taking longer to make decisions.
   Days on market is up - it is taking a little longer to sell. 
   We still see homes in multiple offers - market is still competitive 
   Pricing is critical and key - the numbers show on the results (showings, offers)
   Staging is very important for listings
