Texas is now open. Governor decided to open everything.
Acquisto Real Estate is going to take a cautious approach, being careful, we have families to protect.
We will be cautious, we are thankful for being able to make the decision and that businesses are opened now.

If you know anyone that was affected by the storm and the power outs, there is an option to receive help from this organization.
Foundation that helps people in need.
3. Don't sell the trophy house with the ranch
When it is a trophy house, you don't get the full value. Sometimes the builder or last owner give more value to it than the new buyers.
The person who built the home and added all their personal touches give more value. They are very sentimental, they really love their home and can add more value than what it really costs.
Understand the values and guide buyers and sellers.
What does this mean - giving more value - sentimental value
Other examples - fixtures that are attached to the property. Chandelier, personal property, boat, others.
