   NAR - It is being voted and modified to clear cooperation. 
   
   
   Having to belong to different associations is hard when you are starting the business - so it is great news the merger of CCAR and MetroTex.
   Belonging to different boards it's expensive and difficult.
   So the merger will help - we will be the 3rd largest association of the state.
   It is a huge evolution and it has been in progress for a lot of time.
   Change is always hard and not everyone agrees with the merger.
