• What is... - concept is someone does something nice for you, (doesn't have to be money) starbucks - Ex: someone pays for your coffee and you pay it for the next person.
  New York - they had a phone , a person was very nice. They were in the church right before the wedding.
  They were very thankful for what other people did for them
