    1. My Personal experience with Newport Homebuilders
Shana was able to work directly with Kent with a client.
This client knows exactly what they want, they are picky and want everything perfect.
    Custom-built homes created by them.
Client said, he is a very nice person and very knowledgeable.
He listened what the client wanted and was generous and nice.
    "A breath of fresh air"

    2. Why transparency matters?
Shana and Kent met because of a client.
He was sincere through all the process.
In today's world there are no secrets, and by being upfront and honest with your clients, you can achieve the same goals.
Being transparent opens them to be transparent also and the better the process will be.
The more honest you can be with the costs of building a home the best. it opens the door with clients.
Building a home is an imperfect process, you need good communication.
    Transparency
    Knowing the clients expectations

    3. What working with Kent Laseur directly means ?
Working with salesman can be confusing some times because they may not give the correct message.
    Accountability
Staff cares , but Kent takes all the risk.

    That's a Wrap
Honored to have Kent in our studio
    Transparency matters
What is really like to work directly with Kent
