It is easy to discount-- but it doesn't help client.
time passes and the same property is worth more
Clients sometimes say they don't have the enough money to pay the realtor
You need to provide value
Variable commission: If your home sales for less than an amount you agree for a commission, but if it sells at another price, the commission will be different
