3. The effects of a sub 3% Buyers Agent Commission
They have chopped the fees , people is going to earn less 
We believe it is not a good practice, we saw it on 2004 then 2008.

• Less people see it
  

• Some agents won't show it
  

• Take the reduction yourself as a listing agent - you don't need to do it for the buyer's agent
  You don't need to be the one who reduces the income 
  Many transactions come from open houses suddenly.
