• Seasonal slow down - Months when you sell more . More sales in the holiday sales, slow down between thanksgiving and Christmas 
  School - people want to move and they do it in the summer 
  2021 are we going to have a seasonal slow down ? We are going to be up above a normal year for the rest of the year but not as hot as we were in the summer 

• But strong for the time of year compared to other years
  

• Its not always a huge boom
  

• 3-4% price appreciation annually is normal - there can be ups and downs 
  

  • Your home is a bond
    

• Most still see 10% growth or more in homes
  

  • Supply and demand - people moving to rural areas 
    We will have a set back in the next years
