    1. Sellers Disclosure 
    Make sure to have the correct information
    Section 1 - if they don't know mark a no 
    It is important to have the document filled out properly so Stacey can have the information without asking anyone.
    Additional information section - 
    Water supply , age of the property, roof type - make sure to add information in this section
    Section 2 and 3 fill yes/no
    Section 4 Repairs - yes or no and move on 
    Section 5 flood insurance 
    Section 9 if they bought the house prior, it talks about previous inspections
    Section 12 - claimed any damage 
    Section 14 - smoke detectors 


    2. Surveys and T-47 
    If we have a seller that did not provide T-47 that goes with the survey we pretend we don't have it because it won't work 
    This contract assumes the buyer has it

    3. Third Party Financing Addendum
