Reminder for this week- please try to be on this week's agent workshop. It is super important. Brandons is going to be on with Integrity Mortgage, and he's going to go over a bunch of information with us of how we can overcome objections, help our buyers help our sellers go through some scenarios and ideas. And this will help us with the interest rates being a little higher but overcome any challenges we may have.
Wanted to tell you guys if you did not receive your email from Tarek about the new contract updates that came in, let me know and I'll forward it to you. New contracts go into effect or new updates and changes go into effect February 1st, 2023.
As soon as they're available for me to switch out in our templates, I will. If you've created a transaction prior to the template being updated, you will have to switch those out on your own. From November 7th to November 13th we had 2 contracts and 1 closing.
