Hey, good morning. I hope everybody had a great weekend this weekend. I want to challenge you with a little bit of our downtime to go ahead and maybe take some of these free classes or very minimal cost classes that title companies are offering everybody.
They're usually via Zoom, so you can do it from your home or wherever you're at. There's always a lot of good information that can come out of those. So it's just something to think about, to keep pushing yourself in the right direction for the start of the new year.
And we didn't have an update last week. So I'm going to do a quick update for the last couple of weeks. So from November 28th through December 11th, we had 1 backup contract turned in and then we had 3 closings.
I know that it has been a different year this year towards the end. I know we can keep pushing in the right direction and make sure that we are following up with our past clients, following up with people that may be future clients, and just
reaching out to say hi, because sometimes that's the the first step in getting somebody to move towards the direction of wanting to buy or sell a home.
