Seller fatigue and showing some properties so sellers are getting exhausted from having to leave their properties when they go on the market so frequently, we try to advise our
sellers to leave town for a few days or go stay at a hotel or an Airbnb and just let the people come through so we can, you know, let everybody in.
chances are if you're priced accordingly, you're going to have a lot of showings. So with that being said, sellers have fatigue too, and we're seeing it from listings that are not ours.
And we've had a couple of sellers question on our listings. Can we just not show for one day after it goes on the market and you can block out times
You cannot block an entire day. If you do, you're supposed to take it temporarily off the market.
So just wanted to make sure everybody is fully aware of that, even if you encounter that with other properties that you're trying to show
So let's just remember that even for our sellers, I know that again, it is exhausting when your home is being shown so much so well, hang in there together and get them under contract and get it done, and hopefully your
buyers will find the right one too.
Update from last week. So February 28, through MarcH 6, we had 3 contracts turn in. So congratulations. And we had 4 closings, so way to go. Everybody's working so hard.
