Stacey was out showing properties last weekend and this weekend and the weather is rough , but it was very fun and a lot of learning.
Reminders: Back up offers, it is important to keep in touch with agents. After STcey was showing up the properties, she had a friend that was also looking at homes in the property and there were like 40
properties active and then about 15-20 have gone from active to pending and then back to active. Sellers take the highest offer after taking the option period. Inspection done and they couldn't get to the deal and goes back
to the market.
One of the houses we looked at on the weekend had been in the market twice, so keep looking, hang in there. Keep in touch with the agent and put your back up offer.
From Monday May 9 to Sunday May 15 we had 2 contracts and 1 back up executed contract . We had 1 closing
