Something interesting that I heard yesterday: An inspector told me that the seller couldn't be home during the home inspection because that particular inspector goes around the house with a camera and
recorder and is calling out the things that he needs to document for inspection and he could get in trouble if the seller gets that information. This inspector was on East Texas.
The seller shouldn't have access to the report unless the buyer says they can or if the buyer pays for it.
Stacey will continue investigating more on this topic. If you know anything, please let her know. We wan't to make sure that we're in compliance and we explain things completely to our sellers.
From Monday April 18th to Sunday May 1st we had 3 contracts.
