Even though we are all licensed in the state of Texas, different MLS across the state do things different. When a contract is turned in and it's active option it doesn't go to active option , it goes straight to pending and they make notes in the listing
saying they want to show during the option period.
While we can usually for a normal sized lot, get a survey on demand here. It doesn't happen like that everywhere else. For a standard sized lot. That's probably when I say standard size. It can take up to 40 days to get a survey because they have very few surveyors
If you are going to ever be using your license to sell somewhere else in the state, make sure that you know all the ins and outs of what that area demands or doesn't demand or takes or doesn't take it is it's extremely different.
Baby formula shortage - all communities are working together to get it and that is great.
